We all know what work-life balance is and maybe some might think it’s overrated… But when you stop and truly look at your work and your life, you might be surprised how much of an unbalance can there be! And I’m talking here not only about your career but also about all the ‘other’ work that we all do every day! This lack of balance is one of the most common causes of overall fatigue, miscommunication with the loved ones and general feeling of unhappiness. So what can we do to get more balance in our life?

When we really look at our own lives, sometimes we can’t even tell work and life apart. In the world full of ‘this is important’ and ‘this is important’, we – women tend to think we MUST do everything and at times lose the clarity which of those ‘duties’ are work and which used to bring juice in our lives. Sometimes even time spend with our children or intimate moments with our partner seem like another thing on the to do list… So we push through and get things done but we feel empty inside. We forget how to laugh and play…
